Hoeppner home from hospital

Indiana coach Terry Hoeppner was released from Bloomington Hospital Friday afternoon.

Hoeppner was examined by doctors earlier in the day and they decided that he was recovering from surgery so well that he could go home, a source close to the situation said.

Hoeppner is not expected to attend Saturday’s game against Southern Illinois.

There is still no word publicly on what doctors found Wednesday when they performed surgery for a possible recurrent brain tumor.

When I had my surgery last 10 – 07 – 05 my surgeon said I could go home the next AM. It was homecoming at UF so the family wanted to stay. Let everyone know when you have your next MRI and we will fill the room with prayer. God Heals!!!!
