MLS Draft Friday

Do any soccer fans read this blog? I’m not really sure.

But let’s give it a go, anyway.

Major League Soccer will hold its annual draft tomorrow at noon in Indianapolis. Two Indiana prospects, midfielders Josh Tudela and John Michael Hayden, could be selected.

I’d love to live blog for all of you but I’ll be traveling to State College. I’d recommend you check out http://www.3rddegree.net/. Despite calling itself an “FC Dallas Source” it has terrific coverage of the combine and the draft. They’ll also be having a live chat while during the draft.

Yuck, soccer. Almost as exciting as synchronized swimming.

I’m a big soccer fan, and a huge IU Soccer fan. Always see them whenever I can (now living in the Chicago area), and I’m very appreciative of any knowledge you can pass on.

Big soccer fan, although I wouldn’t be really enthused about MLS unless Indiana got a team.
