Former Hoosiers comment on Crean

Jared Jeffries: “I think it’s a very good move. He’s proven himself to be a successful college coach at this level, a very good recruiter, recognize talent. That’s who we need at Indiana, we need somebody who is going to be stable, a foundation for our future.”

Isiah Thomas: “He’s got a brilliant basketball mind — definitely a good hire for Indiana — I was very vocal about Dan getting the job, but Tom is definitely qualified and will do an excellent job at Indiana. Any way that I can help him, I definitely will.”

While I wouldn’t want Zeke in control of the team, I’m glad he is always willing to do anything he can for IU. You know he’s proud to be a Hoosier.

Some of you fans are just disgusting the comments you make about former players who represented IU well as players here.

Yeah, Isiah, and any of the other players who lead teams to NCAA championships and who made this program an attractive program to coaches like Tom Crean should just STAY THE HECK AWAY.

Unbelievable.

Dear Zeke,
Don’t listen to MA. Stay away. You’re a bum.
Sincerely,
Everyone in Indiana except for MA

HH, you hardly represent everyone in Indiana except me.

Delusional.

And I post just so people reading these blogs won’t think that IU fans are the moronic ingrates some of you portray.
