    1. Is the NCAA hearing to investigate Sampson and/or IU?
    2. If Sampson will be defending himself then if he were to be successful, would IU be off the Hook?
    3. Does IU have the authority to reverse the ssanctions they put on themselves?

  • Sam says:

It’s not a coincidence Holman is waiting to make his transfer decision right around the time grades will be coming out. If he blows it academically he is gone. If he makes it he will stay.

  • Kirk says:

Word is that Crean is tough on assistants. Other than Buckley, I don’t think many have stayed with him more than a year or two. If he thinks Seltzer is a good coach, and Seltzer can put up with the intensity of the workplace, I say OK to his hire. Also, I heard that we have only 2 assistants because the self-imposed restrictions limit recruiting to 2 assistants.

  • DD says:

Wrong. Crean is working on hiring his third assistant right now, according to numerous articles. That assistant will be under the same sanctions as Senderoff was for next year, but there will be a third assistant.
