Chicago stays in 19th century (or Big Ten media days)


I am here in Bloomington. Doug and Chris are in Chicago, but Chris has asked me to let you guys know that they cannot connect to the Internet from the Big Ten press conference.

That, sadly, means no live updates. They will be posting later on, whether its wireless, DSL or AOL. In the meantime, feel free to watch the proceedings on Big Ten Network and ESPNEWS.

    We’ve got mobile wireless cards (that’s what I’m using right now), but the meeting rooms for Big Ten Media Days are two floors below ground level at the downtown Hyatt in Chicago and there’s no wireless signal there.
