1. HOOSIERS HQ
IU basketball practice starts today (ESPNU at 5 p.m.), and the Hoosiers have some work to do, Dustin writes.

A little football, basketball and soccer comprised the IU sports chat with Dustin and Andy.

2. IT’S INDIANA
Tom Crean, or Creen at this link, talks about chicken wings and coaching football with Yahoo! Sports radio’s Dan Wetzel and Pat Forde.

The latest college basketball preview belongs to Athlon Sports, which goes 1-on-1 with Cody Zeller and previews the No. 1 Hoosiers.

Indiana comes in at No. 1 in the Midnight Madness power rankings, Luke Winn of SI.com writes.

3. ONE FOR THE ROAD
We celebrate the start of college basketball practice and Midnight Madness with Queen’s “I’m Going Slightly Mad.”

Today’s practice is on ESPNU? I thought Hoosier Hysteria was on the 20th.

Correct, Hoosier Hysteria on the 20th, but today’s practice (or a small part of it) will be included on ESPNU’s Midnight Madness national coverage.

Alternative ‘One For The Road’ clip(the actual song comes in @ 4:20 of the provided clip..It’s pure genius).

It’s 1981 and it’s ‘Midnight’ while Hoosiers were experiencing the heyday their claims to banners. Did ESPN exist? Did I care?

Tonight I shall enjoy Tom Crean becoming Elvis.
