1. HOOSIERS HQ
Dante Exum is slated to visit Indiana this weekend, and his Australian coach says somebody is getting a future NBA player, Dustin writes.

The IU women’s basketball team got a taste of high-pressure basketball from Nebraska in Thursday’s loss, I wrote.

The Big Ten’s poor showing in bowl season was partly due to Ohio State and Penn State’s absence, Andy writes.

2. IT’S INDIANA
Cody Zeller made the midseason top 25 Wooden Award watch list, but Victor Oladipo is among those who could/should crack the list by the end of the season, ESPN.com’s Eamon Brennan writes.

Minnesota’s Trevor Mbakwe and IU coach Tom Crean have a mutual admiration stemming from their time at Marquette, Sid Hartman of the Minneapolis Post Tribune writes.

Eriq Zavaleta makes the first MLS Combine diary by Josh Whisenhunt at mlssoccer.com.

3. BIG TEN COUNTRY
Want to learn more about Minnesota and Bigfoot? Check out the aMAILia Bag from earlier this week by Minneapolis Star Tribune beat writer Amelia Rayno.

4. ONE FOR THE ROAD
The most fitting tribute I could find for the Gophers, Bill Murray vs. The Gopher in Caddyshack.

1) Any list that doesn’t have Victor in the Top 25 players is a joke.

2) Love the gopher clip.

I almost wish tomorrow’s game was over. Hate the anticipation. KenPom has IU at #3 and Minn #8. At home, should be a tight game but a win.

Penn State at #196 and Georgetown down to #64. Iowa at #51 and NC hanging around #52. Butler at #43.

The only current team ranked above #50 we’ve played beat us in OT. Play that game another 9 times and I don’t see IU getting beat.

Minn game should show us where we stand.

Minny beat us last year (in Bloomington). They broke a four game losing streak with that game.

Ron don’t you just love Crean’s zesty sideline style?

First, I like Crean and what he has accomplished and hope he’s here for a long time.

But if the ncaa ever made a rule that the coach has to sit on the bench during a game, I think we would see his head explode. It would not be pretty

Tubby develops mental toughness in his players. They will not be intimidated by IU’s home crowd. This will be a tough game.

I hope IU’s players remember last year’s game in Bloomington. That was one of three Big Ten games IU should not have lost.
